FCB Certification is the first step toward a National Certified Peer Specialist Credential

This ALL NEW blended learning program meets the requirements of the Florida Certification Board for the (CRPS) Certified Recovery Peer Specialist credential as well as the new National Standards(NCPS) National Certified Peer Specialist issued by the National Certification Board for Behavioral Health Professionals

Program Includes:

• 8 Hours of self-study training on 8 Dimensions of Peer Support
• 16 Hours of self-study training on additional Peer Support Topics

Pre-Approved training program meeting the following FCB requirements:

• Advocacy
• Mentoring
• Recovery Support
• Cultural and Linguistic Competence
• Motivational Interviewing
• Vicarious Trauma/Self-Care
