The Russian Doll Technique is unique in the Hypnotherapy world and the results have been astounding. I first used the technique to cope with my father’s ill health and final death. It gave me the breathing space to cope.

After spending over £150K on various training programs, I stumbled upon one that has completely revolutionized my Hypnotherapy practice and income, and I just wanted to quickly share it with you.

Despite my best efforts, I just couldn’t seem to attract the clients and make the progress in my practice that I knew was possible with all this helpful information.

After leading yet another workshop, I had an epiphany: what if I could use a metaphor to help the client emotionally distance themselves from the issue at hand?

If you’re unfamiliar with Russian dolls, imagine a body inside a body inside a body, and you’ll get the idea of what I saw when I stumbled upon a set of three of them in my neighborhood market.

My thoughts raced as I tried to figure out a therapeutic application for this concept.

In any case, I devised a “Spatial Emotional” approach to facilitating organizational change that I call “The Russian Doll Technique®.”
