That is what our “Release of Interest” is used for. It will be the difference that we have to purchase the property from A-B Side and then what the End Buyer is getting a loan to purchase it, less any lender, appraisal, inspections, abstract, closings, concessions, upfront or agreed on credit for repairs, Realtor commissions, etc. The difference left will be the amount to zero out the Settlement Statement and pay YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE to release their interest document from the title. If the Buyer is able to bring ANY money to closing to these types of transactions, please apply it. Often they are not able too which is why we created it to help them buy the house and YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE “pays/credits” them all the fees to buy it.
