Who is Lou Brown?

Lou Brown’s passion for Real Estate began as teenager. Since 1984, he owns, rehabilitates and manages apartments, single family homes, buys and brokers loans and discounted mortgages. In addition to private consulting, he teaches seminars and has authored courses, books and tapes on how to make money and keep it. His mother had a friend from work (who he affectionately called Aunt Mabel). Mabel and her husband “Uncle George” lived in a duplex and were able to buy it. They rented out the other side and were able to live for free. The next year, they bought another duplex on the same street. Then they bought another and another. Pretty soon, they moved out of that duplex into a nice, big house on a corner lot with a large yard and a Cadillac in the driveway.
