Who is Paul Chek?
Paul Chek is an internationally renowned expert in corrective and high-performance exercise kinesiology, stress management, and holistic wellness. Primal Pattern Eating with Paul Chek
Throughout this online course, Paul will demonstrate how to identify your own personal eating patterns and adapt the Primal Pattern® Diet to your specific needs. The Primal Pattern® Diet simplifies and individualizes healthy eating.

Over the past three decades, Paul Chek has introduced students and clients alike to William Wolcott’s “Metabolic Typing®” eating system, a customized nutritional program. Since 1989, as a student and practitioner of Metabolic Typing®, Paul has had the opportunity to examine the diverse dietary and lifestyle requirements of thousands of people.
While the Metabolic Typing® diet is customizable, it can be complicated. That means meeting challenge #2 is tough!
