This unique course also teaches a series of previously hidden spiritual practices.  These clear and concise practices create a fully conscious connection to beneficial spiritual realities.

Note: We recommend completing the Essential Teachings and Practices of Spiritual Science online course before beginning this training.  However anyone can take this course, there is no pre-requisite.

THREE ESSENTIAL STAGES OF SPIRITUAL DISCERNMENT
1. Differentiate our Conscious self from our Reactive self; to recognize when we are truly consciously manifesting a thought, feeling or action out of our free choice vs. having internal reactions come up subconsciously based on our habitual patterns and Reactive Mind.
2. Differentiate Self-Generated (Conscious) Thinking, Feeling, and Willing from the impulses coming from external Spiritual Beings.
3. Differentiate the essential natures of the external Spiritual Beings which are affecting our internal Soul Life.
Note 1: Stages Two and Three above should only be undertaken by persons with a sufficient level of spiritual ‘Structure’ and internal stability. These stages can be destabilizing and detrimental for other persons (due to becoming aware that much of their internal life is based on influences from external beings, which can lead to serious psychosis for people with weak internal structure.)
Note 2: Stage Three requires discerning Human-generated Elementals (which may be coming from ourselves, or from other people) from the Higher Spiritual Beings (Beings
of the Higher Spiritual Hierarchies.)
Note 3: Stage Three also requires differentiating Higher Beings into a minimum of three different essential natures / influences, which are namely an unbalanced spiritual polarity called (“Luciferic” by the Rosicrucians) an unbalanced material polarity (called “Ahrimanic” by the Rosicrucians), and a Center which holds the perfect balance between spirit and matter (called “Christic” or “Michaelic” by the Rosicrucians)
